If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Email us within 7 days with:
- Order number
- Description
- Photo
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

About Mr Woof
What inspired Mr Woof?
Mr Woof was inspired by our dog Scooby, who needed a hip replacement at just one year old.
With 16 weeks of recovery, keeping a high-energy puppy stimulated became a challenge. Brain games and enrichment toys became essential — but finding practical, well-designed options wasn’t easy.
So we created Mr Woof — thoughtfully selected products designed for happier, more stimulated dogs.
